Registration form needed for each person attending the Living Water Israel Trip.

Registration Step

1. Registration Form

Fill out and submit the online registration form.

2. Acceptance

Upon receiving and reviewing your form, we will notify you of availability and acceptance into the trip group.

3. Deposit

Once accepted into the group, a non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm your spot.

4. Final Payment

Final payment information will be announced at a later date.

Do you understand that the total CCF / Living Water trip fee is yet to be determined?

Do you understand that the ministry will provide transportation during the tour, entrance fees, wireless headsets, and tips for drivers and hotels?

Do you understand that airfare, lodging, meals, and transportation to and from the airport are your responsibility?

Do you understand that after submitting this form we will contact you regarding availability and acceptance into the trip?

Do you understand that a non-refundable deposit will be required after acceptance to confirm your spot?

Do you understand that final payment information will be announced at a later date?

Do you understand that travel protection insurance may be available through third-party insurance providers?

Do you understand that you are responsible for booking and paying for your own flights to and from Israel?

Do you understand that you are responsible for booking and paying for your own lodging and meals in Israel?

Do you understand that this trip may involve several miles of walking per day, including stairs and uneven terrain?

Do you understand that media and videos may be recorded during portions of the trip for ministry use?

Do you understand that you will need a valid passport with at least six months remaining before expiration for travel to Israel?

Do you understand that by submitting this form you release the ministry and its personnel from liability regarding lost items, personal travel issues, or other related matters?
